Cash flow problem? ... And that could be the reason, does anyone found a loophole to withdrawal money from other accounts than their own?!?. Are cash withdrawals also paused while fiat withdrawals via IBAN are disabled? I tried to withdraw some but got an error "not available at this time" while .... I don't think there's a way to withdraw from Grab Wallet.

The only way is to find other people who wants balance in there or use GrabPay for .... I always hear ppl say people cuci money by running a restaurant/cafe, is that even true?.
